OK, what would you do? Grandson found a car on line at a dealer in Florida

Apparently online for a couple of weeks. Called the dealership and said he wanted it. It was for his wife. Very excited. Had a family member there go and check it out. Said it was as advertised.
Purchased 2 tickets from Nashville to Miami and told them he would be there Friday after work to pick it up. Offered them deposit, they said not needed. Even called him Thursday to let him know they were washing it for him. Then Friday morning, they called and said it was sold. The owner of the dealership decided to buy it. Offered him a black one for the same price but 3 times as much mileage. NO. Then offered to sell him a new one. LOL, why buy one there when he can buy a new one in Nashville and not have to go to Fla to pick it up. Idiots.
Now, I think he should bill them for the loss of money on the tickets, give them a bad review and report them to the Ft Lauderdale BBB as bad business owners. Thoughts?
