I'm glad to know that my county water account is so well protected.

My County water bill has to be paid every 3 months. As I was paying mid month bills recently, I noticed that I haven't paid that water bill for 3 months, so there should be one that needs paying. I haven't gotten it in the mail though.

So, no problem. There's got to be a way to just look the bill up online. OK, in order to do that, I have to register for an account. That's expected. And it turned out to be fairly easy, but I was amazed at their password requirements. Your password had to meet the following "At Least" requirement.

- 2 Capital Letters
- 2 Small Letters
- 2 Numbers
- and 2 Special Symbols

So i guess that Pa$$w0rD wouldn't even work, as I'd have to add a zero in there somewhere? Maybe just tack a 1 on the end. Seems excessive to keep people from figuring out that we used 14,000 gallons.
