We played well above our talent level the first 3/4 of the year, and we've played well below our talent the last 1/4 of the year. This happens in baseball ALL THE TIME.

Just look at the major leagues and you'll see professional teams win 20 out of 30 and then lose 10 out of 15. You'll see hitters bat 400 for a month and then 200 the next month. Something about baseball leads to weird streakiness. Now, if this is happening every season then it's a concern and reflection of the coach. If you want to question baserunning or pitching changes, that's likely a reflection of the coach too. But I wouldn't let 3 series where we played horribly be a catalyst for a coaching change.
