Recommend the following prior to showing up


(1) change the engine oil.
(2) flush the brake lines. Don't want air in the lines...will give you a "mushy" brake pedal.
(3) remove all loose items in the car
And after you arrive, (4) have fun!

Probably good to walk the course several times before they start running it. It's easy to get lost out there.

Also don't try to set your fastest lap the first time you go out. Better to back off a bit and get through the course clean. Each cone you hit adds time. Once you've driven it, you'll have a better idea where you can pick up time.

Did I mention "have fun?"
