That's a nice lightweight car, so it should be fun around the course
Like I mentioned in the other post, flush/bleed the brake lines and you'll have a nice solid pedal. Frankly my 94 Toyota truck's brake pedal had a lot better "feel" than my 2008 Tacoma, so age of the vehicle shouldn't be an issue. Power steering shouldn't be too much of an issue once you're rolling.
If it were my car, would put some sticky street tires on it, and a more aggressive set of street/track brake pads and it should be good to go.
That really is a beautiful automobile!
