As a home brewer


I've made all types of styles and still get friends that wonder why I don't make pilsners more often. They think getting the rich, complex flavors of an IPA, porter or stout must be harder than a simple Bud knockoff. Nothing is further from the truth.

It is true those complex flavors hide minor sins of beer making that show up exaggerated in a lagered pilsner.
