Actually another story: we had other friends who bought a car they

couldn't really afford. Big nice SUV. Going through tough times medically, etc. They had not heard how well used cars are doing so when someone told them, they went to a dealership, Carmax, etc. and were offered more for it than they paid. They actually had enough to buy another car leftover. So they not only rented the car, the dealer basically paid them to drive it for 2 years.
