I don't think that is a valid comparison. Darwiniasm would be if

a foolish action(refusal to Vax) by an individual led to his/her increased likelihood of being killed as a result. Vax hesitancy has a massive externality, it leads to increased viral mutation and a greater risk of mortality...even for the vaccinated. This action isn't just taking out Darwinian losers, it's also taking out the would-be winners in a Darwinian scenario.
