the exact scenario you pointed out with mutations and the like and these are established scientists. Your thinking is way to US-centric. Show me the plan to vax the world and I'll be all ears, but it doesn't exist and unfortunately isn't going to happen. There's going to be millions of unvaccinated people regardless of what the US does. And, you haven't even touched on the potential issue of vaccine ineffectiveness over time. Money is a definite driver, but the vaccine manufacturers have been discussing boosters since last October.
