Not sure anyone leaves the ACC with the GOR in effect until 2036.

ND signed for everything but football and is contracted to the ACC if they forego independent status. Maybe the likely expanded football playoffs and NIL that’s probably driving UT and OU drives ND and maybe Navy to full time ACC membership.
