Emmert said recently he was moving more power to the conferences. Maybe he means 64 break off into 16 in each Power 4. That’s what I was hearing with ND being a part of it.

However, this thing is being run by the lawyers as you know, so they don’t get sued and lose. That creates a lot of uncertainty as to what is happening since they don’t want to be accused of collusion.
