I'm skeptical. At that point they would just break away and do their own

thing. No point trying to include other conferences.
But they would also be reaching out to ND, and a couple of west coast teams. Also, this would not make sense without dumping a few lower rung SEC teams.

Also, I'm not sure how appealing it would be to college fans to win a championship in an NFL minor league. While other colleges are playing college football. That is essentially what would be happening. If they go that route, let them go, but let them take their other sports with them.
