Probably the same way the B12 GOR didn't prevent OU and Tex from leaving?

HELLO? Did you learning anything last week? Once the anchor store leaves the mall, the shareholders in the maill (ACC members) are under immense pressure to replace them. To do that they need some flexibility to amend their contract. To get that contract amended, they have to give concessions and make a settlement with the departees and get much less damages.

If Clemson announces they are leaving at the end of the GOR and fulfilling their contract, that alone is enough to make it unravel.
