and it's hot. Hydrate days before practice begins. Don't eat big before practice. Be disciplined to be on time. 5 minutes early is on time and on time is late is good practice in life. If gonna be late is outside of control, call the Coach and tell them. Depending on the running, if a couple kids throw up they probably aren't conditioned and outta shape to begin with; can't just show up on day 1 practice nowadays. Conditioning is year round. The team is only as strong as the weakest links, success in football is all about the team.
