Something better than pods.


Every team has three protected games. Other teams are rotated through the schedule.

Two teams with best record play in the Championship Game. I would recommend the game be played at the top team's home field. Or play at a neutral site if both are undefeated.

Example:
UNC: UVa, Duke, NCState
UVa: UNC, Duke, VT
VT: UVa, Miami, GT

In this case, you don't have to worry about protected crossover games.
Also, with top 2 teams in CG, it is better for CFP chances.
