I agree on Buzz, but I don't wanna discount Mike Young in that regard

Mike stuck his neck out for Boots first go 'round, Mike wanting to build a culture they stand behind kids who make a mistake. I don't know the full story that led to Boots' recent court appearance, can only infer that he misstepped again in the offseason. Yes Buzz may be better suited to really keep Boots in line but I kinda feel bad for Mike he put his reputation on the line a little bit.
