"The children" must be protected until their neglected. Many landlords in sane environments post signs on decks and stairs that state the allowable loading (sort of like elevators). One will eventually fail and there'll be a candlelight ceremony and lots of flowers and teddy bears. And a ton of law suits. It happened at C'ville and they are even smarter than our students
