Perhaps I shouldn't paraphrase in quotes but that was essentially the response when ticket scanning was implemented and lines were atrocious

I don't find the press release canned at all. They acknowledge problems and vow to fix them. I'm sure it will be a process, but it's all I'd personally ask. Accountability goes a long way and not sure why we'd need a press conference for this ... Whit did that at the end of the season and was met with criticism that it wasn't genuine
