That company has a repeated history of getting contracts with lowball bids, then delivering poor customer service. Hopefully VT has enough leverage to force some real changes from what we saw last Friday. I hope this doesn't turn out to be the equivalent of the Nike uniform deal.

As far as tickets, so glad I printed mine, as scanning the paper copy was super easy. I've got no problem with VT wanting to distribute them digitally, but have a real problem with the requirement of using one of the least trustworthy tech companies on the planet as the primary vehicle for storing tickets. As long as printing is available, I'll continue to attend... or if VT wants to upgrade wireless at Lane, I'm happy to use the Hokiesports app. But no way am I ever giving Google my credit card info.
