Yes, but again WV jumped too fast


The administration was not strategic. They took the offer and run, instead of working behind the scenes. They suppose to be close to Maryland... couldn't they anticipate that and worked their relationships.

As always, they always just jump into something before thinking it out.

I do think the current administration is much better.
