Sorry to hear that. I wish I could say there were only 3 that


made me feel that way. If my constant positivity is nauseating to you — imagine how constant negativity from dozens of posters makes some of us feel.

I wish I could say it’ll change. But I will always strive to look for silver linings. I’ll always be proud of effort, even when execution isn’t good.

That’s how I lead people. That’s how I parent. That’s how i coach. It’s who I am.
