Man, I picked the wrong time to get into soccer...


Newcastle United just got bought by a Saudi Arabian consortium that is 13X richer than Manchester City's owners. Newcastle, by the way, currently sits 19th in the Premier League and might get relegated.

I'll probably eventually come full circle and get into American pro sports again, simply because they are actually invested in promoting parity.
