I just think there's a potential cost in trying to save every last cent. Ruin the convenience of getting food fast and they risk losing customers.

I think a lot of people right now understand the challenges that most businesses are facing. Longer lines, slower service, etc ... are somewhat more understandable. Plus, some folks are simply somewhat still reluctant to go indoors.

Eventually though, as things continue to return to normal, convenience is going to have to become a thing again. If I want to skip a line of cars and go inside, that's going to need to be an option or I'll just go somewhere else.

Admittedly that's not even a fair statement because I'm already avoiding the lines, but the cars wrapped around every drive-thru prove that many are willing to put up with it. Maybe they will be forever, I just kind of doubt it
