L-frame for me.

357 rounds are no big deal...other than the noise and flame shooting out the front of the barrel.

I remember shooting on an indoor range in Miami. I shot a box of 38 special, which was about as loud as the 9mm everyone else was shooting around me, then I pulled out the box of 357. When I put that first round downrange everyone stopped shooting and looked over.

Buy best description of the sounds that night: pop, pop, pop, BOOOOOOOOM!!!!! LOL! I normally shot 38 because it was relatively inexpensive, but that 357 was pretty dang impressive.

People gush over the Colt snake series pistols, but it's hard to believe they could be much better than my 686. I'll never sell that revolver.
