My left field candidate is Cowboys OC Kellen Moore

He has a very efficient and creative offense. He has NFL experience and knowledge. And he knows what it is like to win in college. I think he won 50 games as a QB at Boise (and beat VT in the fedex game).

Downside is he has no HC experience, no college coaching experience, and doesn’t know any local recruiting.
