years anyhow. Good coaches are typically confident and have enough ego to think they can succeed.

The real question is does Whit know football well enough and what is going on among Fu's staff & the team well enough to know whether Fu needs to go or whether Fu needs some new assistants.
we also do not know what Whit's max budget is to take care of all of this?
