about a workshop that Roger and some other officials were putting on a couple of years ago but he found out after the deadline to register. He filled out some form on the website and submitted it to see if there was any chance he could still get in. Within like 5 minutes his cell phone rang and it was Roger Ayers on the line. Talked with him some and got him registered to attend. Needless to say Roger is my son's favorite NCAA official. Never talked down to any of the up and coming officials at the event and went out of his way to find out my son's goals and what he could do to help him achieve them.
