No argument there. That's why they should be fired. But I don't like the


idea that we should use race as a factor for hiring a coach. I'm open to the idea that a AA coach might be able to more easily connect to recruits of color, and if there's evidence that a coach will be great recruiter, then that most certainly is a factor. But there's no guarantee of that either - just look at Mike London.
