Have success here. The competition can simply pay too much. I think something like what Buzz was to bball is maybe a formula. A “hired gun” to change the trajectory and let other prospects come along that would want to be at VT. The good thing about someone leaving us is no payout and the program is probably at a higher point financially. Just seems like a better problem to have than what we have now.
