Won't happen. Shane could turn into Babcock's Steph Curry.


There were lots of logical reasons why Curry was dealt with the way he was, no need to revisit the details. There was the sentimental reason to "give him a shot/spot" because he was family.

Same can be said of Shane. Plenty of logic why he didn't get hired in 2016, and the same sentimental he is "family," too.

We know how the Curry saga played out.

Only time will tell if, as Yogi Berra would say, it's deja vue all over again.

I'd say it's also a pretty safe bet, if Babcock is calling, Shane ain't answering.
