All indications are that he is a great recruiter, but how hard is it to be

a top ranked recruiter when you are recruiting for Penn St. and Alabama? Put any of VT's coaches at Alabama and I bet their recruiter status skyrockets! Not denying his recruiting abilities, just adding a dose of reality that he might not have the same recruiting success at VT that he had at Alabama.
