The "someone with P5 head coaching experience" is my favorite.


Anyone who is a former coach is going to be a re-tread. And anyone currently a P5 coach won't want to make a lateral move. Or we couldn't afford the buyout.

Bottom line, I'd be fine to have P5 HC, but I am not limiting my search for it.
