Did he forfeit a portion of his contract for leaving early?


He's under contract to perform his job and he decided that he did not want to coach the last two games. I would think Fuente forfeits a portion of his contract and more of the buyout if he opted out of the last two games. Part of me thinks that Fuente wanted to leave at 5-5 instead of
5-7.

I don't think it makes sense for Fuente to leave his post before December 15th unless the new coach arrives before then.
