Count me in on that as well - going to give Orange my “5” here


1. He wins - at Miss State and UF
2. SEC dna as an HC and as an assistant
3. East Coast guy
4. SEC harder than ACC
5. His resume at or above the others mentioned in the mix.


This guy is not retiring or joining EdO on the beach chasing younger babes and taking selfies. He’s going to coach and wherever he lands that school will improve and “win”.

Negatives - bringing a hot head like Grantham with him from Starkville and not firing him (where have we seen a personal bond trump performance……hmmmm let me think) sooner; seems very stubborn (hmmm where have we seen that) and some reported personality issues…..

But, again for the same price between Napier and Mullen, hard to see how Mullen isn’t better. And I still say Tom Herman is lurking out there as all these firings pick up pace.
