It is a crap shoot

Regardless of whether you hire a small P5 HC, P5 hot coordinator, or G5 HC, they all have about the same success rate, which is piss poor across the board. I only fear that Whit feels so much pressure to hire the anti-Fuente that he reduces his pool of candidates.
