.if you hire someone who hasn't been a HC before, you don't really know


how they'll deal with putting a staff together, community relations, some aspects of recruiting......yeah, it is a crap shoot if you have limited info. to base your decisions on. but i guess it can be argued that it's a crap shoot no matter who you hire. but you have to take in as much info as you can from as many sources as you can and make your call.
