Hypothetically, it would free-up some money for proper staffing


With one-year HC experience, paying 4m wouldn't make sense. So use the difference to hire/add high performing staff. Even with today's staff, we need a Dir Recruiting and a Dir. Football Ops. w/o even considering other changes... After 2 years (assuming solid performance and future/recruiting success), move his pay accordingly.

I'm not saying Huff is the right choice (who knows, I don't), but different candidates allow for slightly different models. Like many, he check's several "boxes", but not all.. But no one does that is a viable candidate ..
