Why must all our hires revolve around needing another Frank? We don’t need a Frank 2.0 we need someone that can win at the P5 level. Chadwell has zero power 5 experience. If Shane Beamer needed to prove himself (as many posters on here said the past 5 years) then so does Chadwell.
