I thought Fuente was overpaid from the start.


Syracuse got Babers for far less money and he was a better candidate IMO than Fuente. And don't get me started on the extension. Whit thought he was AD at UT-Austin for a minute there, and that's why we are in this pickle of having to consider a coach from Coastal Carolina.

BTW, Chadwell isn't on my shortlist. But if he's the guy, I'm all in with him.

When people say "he has no P5 experience". What they are really saying is "I don't care how much we spend on an HC". And if that's the case, these same individuals better be writing big checks.
