Probably my bias

But I greatly prefer some of the young coordinators being thrown around. With the importance of recruiting, relating to kids, understanding the transfer portal, etc etc. just seems a younger coach would be a better fit. I have zero evidence this is true just my knee jerk thought.

I also would greatly prefer an offensive mind that understands the modern game, schemes, analytics, etc.
