If you hire someone to fix a particular part of your house, lets say a leaky roof. And in short order you find that the work was unsuccessful. You don't say "well, I tried that before, I'm not going to hire someone to fix that again."

No. You fix the roof by hiring a better guy. Just consider what you paid the previous dude to be an $8.75 million buyout in this case. LOL.
