It’s mostly the weather, I think. If you look at overlaying graphs

comparing 2021 dates to 2020 dates the peaks and valleys are amazingly in synch. Vaccines save lives and peoples who don’t think so are bonafide idiots but the virus will virus when it wants to virus.
