NY Governor already declared a state of emergency and halted all ...

non-essential surgeries. NY has ZERO known cases though I am sure they have some they don't know about. That is absolute insanity IMHO. They learned nothing about the damage that we did last year with people missing 'non-essential' procedures as well as all of the missed diagnoses of heart disease, cancer, etc that could have saved lives.

I hope you are right but so far I'm not optimistic.
