I had someone going 55-70mph east bound....2 lanes one way on WESTbound highway. Median in between west/east. It was foggy and about 2am. It runs along the susquehanna river so it gets foggy. Had left girlfriends house and was heading home. I had just changed lanes about 10 seconds beforehand. WHOOOSH!!!! right past me. I was mid20s and was tired I didn't care. Happened again about a week later. Very misleading off ramp that looks like an onramp especially to drunks, old people or folks not from that area in the fog. It is REALLY scary to think what would have happened with a 2car head on collision at a combined speed of 140mph. My dad never showed much concern for me....just kinda told me to suck it up most of the time....but in this case he realized how serious it was and how close it was. I didn't at the time but man that stuff is scary when you think abou what if.
