The “no sit” transfer rule is even worse in that respect

Feeders all over the place at all levels. VT gets players from lower level schools and that has nothing to do with NIL. NIL is about the worst way to implement pay and will further separate the elites but the “no sit” is making this just as ugly. And it is not all sunshine for the players. For all those exerting their freedom to transfer, they are taking a job from someone who put in the work at that program.
