I guess one could require testing for everyone problem is once you have had it recovered and are no longer contagious you can still test positive for months. My guess is someone who has already had omicron is more protected against getting it again than someone who has not had it and is vaccinated. So should be give out Card's to those people, they have essentially had mother natures vaccine.

For people who can't get vaccinated, if they are high risk due to other health conditions, they probably should not be going out to large public gathering. I am not sure this group is large enough to matter in terms of them having it and infecting others.

So issue is those who will not get vaccinated, who can. I do not have alot of sympathy for them unless they just had covid and have natural vaccine protection. The main risk they pose, however, is to themselves.

As to masks, if VT were to give everyone entering a orange or maroon N95 mask and require they wear it, I take it as serious effort to protect others. The cloth masks, etc are a joke especially when one considers how many people are touching them not wearing them properly, etc.
