The testing lab in Roanoke has detected as many as 10 variants in some of the immunocomprised patients. Omicron is just the current hot variant, but more are coming soon.

Vaccines and masks are still our most effective tools by a wide margin if we want to control spread and not eventually overwhelm our hospitals..
