Got your permits? If you're taking out the floor and drywall, you might


need a permit. When we did our bathrooms in CT, I figured "I'm upgrading my bathroom. A new toilet is going where the toilet is. A new tub is going where the tub is. A new vanity is going where the vanity is." I never thought I'd need a permit for that.

But since we had floors and drywall replaced as well (water damage), that required a permit there. And if/when you sell, it's possible a buyer could ask to see any permits that were required.
