Finally saw Eternals - should have been called Eternally Dull Characters


I don't know what happened to Marvel Studios after Endgame but something is missing. Eternals was awful. Bad casting, bad characters, bad dialogue. They cast Gemma Chan as the lead but her emotional range goes from Blank Stare to Blank Stare with Blinking. The pic below shows one of her more emotional states.

Also the story was bland and you cared nothing about the characters. The threat wasn't interesting. And given the world-calamity level of said threat, where were the Avengers?

It's frustrating when the best post-Endgame Marvel film is made by Sony.
