Well, it took Pry to come in and close with deal with Bradshaw and to flip Meadows as usual, good ole Fu was late to the party. Heck, the offer for Bradshaw didn't even come until December. Baylor is a freakish athlete. Plays QB at Radford High. Will play DB or WR in college. Lightening fast and quick. It's pretty clear Pry and his bunch want to replace emphasis on SWVA and Central VA. VT was the first offer for Baylor.

With Fu, we would have been the last to offer or no offer. That was his track record. Kids like Cam Allen (Graham High-Purdue) and Javon Scruggs (Appomattox County-Liberty) will both be playing pro football in 2 years and as usual, good ole Fu looked to the Rio Grand Valley instead. Same thing with Ben Cox of Radford High. Va Tech with no offer and Ben Cox started this year as a true sophomore at Vandy and made honorable mentional SEC OL, and he will likely play Sunday football as well. This is just 3 examples in Tech's backyard. I could give a few more under Fu's time in Tech.
Hunter McClain from Lord Botty, VT and Pry with the late offer to land his commit. Just a totally different culture for VT football already, long before even stepping on the field in 2022.
